3. Recipients. Data is never sold. It is shared only with the providers needed: site hosting (PrestaShop S.A.); site security (Cloudflare); payment providers (depending on the method chosen); Swiss Post and carriers; review platform; e-mail service; analytics (Google Analytics); site developer, for maintenance.

4. Disclosure abroad. Some data is processed in the European Union, notably by the host in France, and by some providers in the United States (Google, Cloudflare, PayPal, Stripe), under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

5. Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, objection, data portability, and withdrawal of consent at any time. Write to [email protected]; reply within 30 days. You may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
