Duration. 4 months from the order date.

What is covered. Quality defects of the hair itself: abnormal knotting, abnormal tangling, hair becoming dry or dull, unusually strong colour bleeding.

What is not covered. Hair chemically treated after purchase (colouring, bleaching, perming); hold and attachment (slipping strands, uncomfortable fitting), which depend on the fitting; damage caused by improper fitting or care; normal wear.

How to claim

1. E-mail [email protected] with your order number, photos and a video of the problem.
2. Remove the strands concerned and put them back in the original bag showing the batch number. Without the batch number, the guarantee cannot be applied.
3. Send them before the 4 months expire to Real Russian Hair, Chemin du Palatinat 9, 1700 Fribourg, Switzerland, tracked and without signature.

Processing. The strands are analysed at the factory; this can take up to a month. If the defect is confirmed, the Customer chooses between a new identical batch and a refund of the price of the strands. Otherwise, the strands are returned to her by tracked post. Hairdresser costs are not covered.

Statutory warranty. Warranty rights for defects under Art. 197 ff. of the Swiss Code of Obligations are reserved.
