Hair extensions are a very personal hygiene product. You can change your mind, exchange a colour, and you are protected if the hair is defective. We do not accept parcels with customs duties or charges to pay on receipt.

1. The colour doesn't suit me. We exchange your new strands, original ties not undone, for another colour free of charge, subject to stock, within one month of receipt. Our colour team will help you choose.

2. I've changed my mind. We take back and refund new strands held by their original ties, in their bag. They must not be sale items and must be returned within 7 days of receipt; the shipping date is decisive. Shipping costs are not refunded, nor is a handling fee of CHF 10.

3. I've worn the extensions and think they're defective. Our quality guarantee covers 4 months. Keep the strands in the bag showing the batch number and follow the procedure in the Guarantee terms.

How to return

1. E-mail [email protected] with your order number and the option chosen (exchange, refund or guarantee).
2. Send the parcel tracked, without signature, to the address below. From abroad, declare it at a value of 0.
3. The refund is made after receipt and inspection, to the payment method used.
