Applicable to all orders placed from 5 November 2026.

Article 1 — Seller and scope

These terms govern sales made on www.real-russian-hair.com between C. DESAX HAIR BEAUTY, sole proprietorship of Carlina Desax, Chemin du Palatinat 9, 1700 Fribourg (UID CHE-225.303.831), hereinafter "the Seller", and any person ordering for delivery to Switzerland, Liechtenstein or outside the European Union, hereinafter "the Customer". Article 2 — Products

The products are natural human hair extensions, accessories and hair care products. Their main characteristics are shown on each product page. Photos are as accurate as possible; colours may vary slightly depending on the screen. Extensions must be fitted by a hairdressing professional, on healthy hair and scalp.

Natural hair extensions are a product that wears out. Worn and cared for according to our instructions, they last about 12 months of use, depending on care, length and treatments.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF). For Switzerland and Liechtenstein, they include Swiss VAT. For other countries, they exclude Swiss VAT; customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees of the destination country are borne by the Customer. Delivery costs are shown in CHF before the order is confirmed. The price charged is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.

Article 4 — Ordering

The Customer selects her products, checks her basket and addresses, chooses delivery and payment methods, accepts these terms and confirms with the "Order with obligation to pay" button. She can correct any input error before confirming. The contract is concluded when the confirmation e-mail is sent, which sets out the order and these terms. The order is available in her customer account. The Seller may refuse an abnormal order or one placed in bad faith.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is due when the order is placed, by the methods shown at checkout (including card, TWINT, PostFinance Pay, bank transfer, instalments). For invoice or instalment payment, the provider's terms also apply. Products remain the Seller's property until paid in full.

Article 6 — Delivery

Orders ship from Fribourg, Monday to Friday except public holidays, by Swiss Post or an international carrier. Products in stock are dispatched no later than 15 working days after confirmation. Risk passes to the Customer when the parcel is handed to the carrier (Art. 185(2) Swiss Code of Obligations). In case of loss or damage, the Seller provides the documents needed for the claim against the carrier and assists the Customer with it.

An unclaimed parcel that is returned may be reshipped at the Customer's request and expense. A parcel returned with customs charges to pay will not be collected.

Article 7 — Return for refund

The Seller takes back new strands, original ties not undone, in their bag showing the batch number, if returned within 7 days of receipt. The shipping date is decisive. The Customer announces the return by e-mail before shipping. Not refunded: outbound and return shipping costs, and a handling fee of CHF 10. Sale or flash-sale items are not refunded; they may be exchanged for another colour at the same price.

Return address: Real Russian Hair, Chemin du Palatinat 9, 1700 Fribourg, Switzerland. Tracked shipment, without signature. From abroad, declare the parcel at a value of 0 to avoid customs charges.

The refund is made after receipt and inspection of the products, to the payment method used.

Article 8 — Colour exchange

The Customer may exchange new strands, original ties not undone, for another colour free of charge, subject to stock, within one month of receipt. Shipping to the Seller is at her expense.

Article 9 — Guarantee

The Seller offers a 4-month quality guarantee, described in the Guarantee terms. Statutory warranty rights for defects (Art. 197 ff. Swiss Code of Obligations) are reserved; the Customer reports any defect as soon as it is discovered (Art. 201 CO). Normal wear of a product that has been worn is not a defect.

Article 10 — Liability

The Seller is not liable for damage caused by improper fitting, removal, chemical treatment or care, nor for hairdresser costs. Liability for intent and gross negligence is reserved (Art. 100 CO).

Article 11 — Personal data

Data processing is described in the Privacy policy.

Article 12 — Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding the Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Fribourg. A consumer may always bring proceedings before the court of her place of residence (Art. 32 Swiss Civil Procedure Code).

Article 13 — Business customers

Prices in CHF excluding VAT for partner salons, payable on ordering unless payment terms are agreed in writing. Returns are accepted for exchange only. The Seller's liability is limited to the price of the products concerned, subject to Art. 100 CO. Exclusive place of jurisdiction: Fribourg.
